WITHMIA 6.3: it speaks each customer's language, and stops improvising
The assistant detects the country of whoever writes and replies in their language, with their time zone and without borrowed slang. And where it could once improvise — a price, a time slot, a product — it now verifies before speaking. Plus: your plan defines how many channels, account deletion from the panel, and a platform that watches itself.

6.2 took us to charging in any country in the world. 6.3 is the logical consequence: if your business can sell abroad, your assistant has to sound like it’s from there.
And there’s a second thread running through this whole release, less flashy and more important: an assistant that would rather verify than improvise.
🌍 Each customer in their language, their time, their turns of phrase
The language used to be decided by your account settings. Now it’s decided by whoever writes.
If your business is in France and someone writes from Pakistan, your assistant doesn’t answer in French: it answers in their language. The phone number already tells us the country — now we listen to it.
The same goes for everything else:
- Its own time zone. A business in Madrid no longer books on Santiago time.
- No borrowed slang. If your assistant works in Spanish, it speaks your customer’s Spanish, not ours.
- Forms that know where you are. The phone field stops asking for a Chilean mobile on a French site.
- Emails too. Someone who signs up in French gets their emails in French, not in Spanish.
💬 An assistant that verifies before it speaks
This is the part that doesn’t shine in a demo and shows up every single day.
Prices. Your assistant can no longer state a price that isn’t in your catalog or your documents. If it can’t find one, it says so and hands over — instead of approximating.
Your full catalog. We improved search over large catalogs: products that used to fall out of answers because of an accent or a spelling variant now show up.
Declared limits. You can now tell it not only what you cover, but what you don’t: cities you don’t serve, services you don’t offer. An assistant that knows where your business ends doesn’t invent branches.
Business hours, configurable from the screen: outside your hours it answers differently, and doesn’t promise what nobody can deliver until Monday.
And a brake for avalanches. If someone sends dozens of files in a row, the assistant replies once and hands over, instead of answering one by one.
📅 Appointments that actually exist
We reinforced scheduling exactly where it hurts most: a confirmed appointment must be a real appointment.
If anything fails while booking — the connection, the calendar, anything — the assistant no longer confirms a slot to the customer “just in case”. It says it’s handling the request and hands it to a person on your team, with the date written out, not inferred.
And when a customer asks for someone, that alert actually arrives: by email, through the panel’s bell, and — if you want — by WhatsApp to the phone of whoever is on duty.
🔌 Your plan now says how many channels, not just which ones
Until now plans said which channels they included. Now they also say how many you can have connected at once, and you choose which. If you change plans, channels adjust on their own — and you don’t lose the history of a single conversation.
📬 Knowing what has been said to each customer
New tab in your panel: every email the platform sent to your account, with date and subject. No more “nothing arrived” with no way to check.
In Marketing we also added a Costs tab: how much Meta charges for each message type, with a calculator to estimate a campaign before launching it.
🛡️ Your data, with written rules
We aligned the whole platform with Chile’s Law 21.719 on personal data:
- Delete your account from the panel, without writing to anyone.
- Clear deadlines: if your account is left without a plan, we notify you at 90 days and delete it at 120. Tax documents already issued are kept separately, because the law requires it.
- And what we promise to delete actually gets deleted.
⚙️ What you don’t see
A good part of these six weeks went into something you should never notice if we do our job well: the platform noticing on its own when something breaks.
The job queue revives itself and raises the alarm. The WebSocket has a watchdog. The system monitors stopped settling for “the server responds” and now check that we can actually use it — because a service that’s up but rejecting our credentials is, for you, just as down.
The detail that says it all
One of our customers runs their assistant on their own WhatsApp. When someone from another country writes in, that customer no longer gets a reply full of Chilean slang: they get one in their language, on their schedule, with the real prices.
It isn’t a new item in a menu. It’s that the assistant stopped sounding like us and started sounding like you.
