6.0 put your assistant in charge of running the whole business. 6.1 does something different: it opens the borders. Because your customers have no reason to write in Spanish — and from today, neither do you have to use WITHMIA in Spanish if that isn’t your language.

🌍 WITHMIA now speaks 6 languages

Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German and Japanese. And we don’t mean a half-finished translation: the entire dashboard, the sign-up, the emails, the login screen and even the quote of the day that greets you each morning — all in your language, end to end.

Choosing it is trivial: from the top bar or from Settings, one click and the whole platform switches. And if it’s your first time here, you don’t even need that: WITHMIA detects your browser’s language and greets you in yours, without asking a thing.

✉️ Emails in the language of whoever receives them

This is the fine detail we like most in this release. Emails don’t go out in one language: they go out in each recipient’s language. Your customer books an appointment and gets their confirmation in their language; the alert that reaches your team goes out in theirs. Two people, two languages, one event — and each one reads something they understand.

The same goes for appointment reminders, collections templates and human-assistance alerts: each one goes out per language, Japanese included.

🤖 Your assistant, with no factory accent

Careful with this one, because it’s easy to mix up: your assistant already replied in each customer’s language — around 100 of them, thanks to AI. That isn’t new. What’s new is under the hood: all of its internal scaffolding is now neutral, so no internal instruction drags it back to Spanish. If your customer writes in German, the assistant thinks and answers in German, with no Spanish plumbing adding noise.

The withmia.com site is available in the same 6 languages. And the pricing page goes one step further: it shows you the plans in your local currency — USD, EUR, GBP, MXN, BRL or CLP — with a 22-country selector and automatic detection of yours. No reaching for a calculator to work out what it costs where you live.

📜 The legal groundwork to charge in any country

We updated the Terms and the Privacy Policy: GDPR coverage for users in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and Paddle as our international payment processor (Merchant of Record). It’s the foundation for charging in any country, which goes live shortly. Foundations first, then the house.

⚡ Fast in any language

Translating everything could have meant a heavier platform. It didn’t: each language travels as a separate file, and your browser only downloads yours. If you use WITHMIA in Spanish, Japanese costs you not a single byte.

✨ The quote of the day, with respect for the author

One last touch. The dashboard’s quote of the day now draws on 1,308 quotes curated per language — and when the author’s original wording exists in that language, we use that, not a translation of a translation. If the line was born in French, we show it to you in French when you use WITHMIA in French. Details matter.
