Max ($149.990/month) offers 25,000 AI messages, up to 5 users, unlimited knowledge, premium models and dedicated support with an SLA.

No. Your 14-day trial of the Inicial plan requires no credit card and no commitment. You'll only need one when the trial ends and you want to continue with your plan.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard without losing history, contacts or settings. The change is applied on a prorated basis.

When the 14-day trial ends without activating payment, or if you cancel later, your assistant is paused: it stops replying to messages, but your data, contacts and settings are kept. Reactivate whenever you want by paying again.

Your service doesn't stop at the first limit. Your AI keeps working and the extra messages are billed at $5.990 CLP for every additional 1,000 messages (with a safety cap of 5,000 extra messages per month). You get a notification at 90% and 100% of your quota.

Yes, your quota renews on the first day of each billing period. Unused messages don't roll over.

Every plan runs on Anthropic Claude models. Inicial and Pro reply with Claude Haiku (fast and efficient); Team and Max with Claude Sonnet, better suited to long conversations and sales. Max also enables Claude Opus for the cases that call for it.

We process payments securely through Paddle, our international payment processor (Merchant of Record): credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in CLP and include VAT, and every charge issues its receipt automatically.

Annual plans come with a 15% discount. For example, Pro annual costs $254.990 CLP/year ($21.249/month) instead of $24.990×12. You save $44.890 a year.

Inicial and Pro are for 1 user. Team includes 3 agents with roles and conversation assignment, and Max goes up to 5 users. Need more seats?
