🎤 Your assistant now listens (and shows)

Your customers don’t type: they send voice notes. Until now, those messages went nowhere. From today:

• Voice notes understood: the assistant transcribes the audio, understands the question and answers instantly. “How much do websites cost?” spoken into a five-second voice note ends up as a full quote, without anyone on your team picking up the phone.
• Photos coming in: if a customer sends an image (a product, a prescription, a payment receipt), the assistant sees it, understands it and replies in context.
• Photos going out: ask it to “send me a photo of that plan” and the assistant sends the real image from your catalogue, with its price — right there in the WhatsApp chat.
• Every file (audio, images, documents) stays visible in your Conversations panel, as it should be.

Tested in production with real customers on launch day: voice note → transcription → quote from the catalogue → photo of the service. Zero humans in the loop.

🏦 Finanzas: SII receipts and invoices for YOUR customers

The most requested new section. Until now WITHMIA issued the receipt for your subscription; from 6.0, your company issues its own tax documents straight from the panel:

• Multi-line receipts (39) and invoices (33), with recipient details and correct VAT calculation, signed with your own digital certificate (.pfx) — stored encrypted and never leaving the server.
• Credit note (61) to void a document, in one click.
• Automatic receipt on every sale the assistant makes: the bot sells, collects through a payment link… and the receipt issues itself.
• CAF folios, SII status and a full history with downloadable PDFs, all inside the Finanzas section.
• Signing and filing with the SII run through SimpleAPI, using WITHMIA’s connection or your own API key (set up under Integración → Facturación SII).

Included in the Team and Max plans, with no per-document cost. WITHMIA pays for the SimpleAPI usage — you just issue documents.

💰 Debt collection: the first tool that goes out after the money

Until now your assistant looked after whoever wrote in. With Cobranza, WITHMIA takes the first step outward:

• Upload your debtors with amounts and due dates from an Excel file, or connect a Google Sheet that syncs itself before every run — the API works too, straight from your management system.
• The collection batch goes out automatically every morning over WhatsApp.
