WITHMIA 5.7.0: Leads — the CRM that fills itself in

We're launching the Leads section: everyone who writes to your business is classified automatically by stage — enquired, quoted, booked, purchased — with your own stages if you need them, AI that understands them, and you always having the final word.

WITHMIA

Traditional CRMs have a well-known problem: someone has to fill them in. After every call, every chat, every sale, a person has to remember to note down who it was, what they wanted and how it was left. And since nobody has time, the CRM ends up out of date — or empty.

5.7.0 turns that on its head. Since in WITHMIA the conversations, the quotes, the appointments and the payments already run through the platform, the CRM can build itself. That’s the new Leads section.

🎯 Every prospect, classified without you lifting a finger

Everyone who writes to your business — via WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Web Chat or Email — shows up in Leads, classified by the furthest stage they reached along their journey:

  • Enquired — they wrote in and the assistant helped them.
  • Quoted — they received a quote or a payment link.
  • Booked — they have an appointment reserved.
  • Purchased — their payment is verified.

No forms, no typing: the classification comes from what actually happened in the conversations. If someone got a quote and then bought, they move up a stage on their own. And every lead shows its source channel, how many conversations it has, its last activity and — if they bought — how much.

📊 Overview, funnel and kanban

The section comes with three views:

  • Overview: the numbers that matter at a glance — total prospects, appointments booked, purchases (with the amount), the enquiry-to-purchase conversion rate, and the full journey funnel.
  • Stages: a kanban board with the four stages as columns, so you can see at once who’s one nudge away from buying.
  • List: the full table with search and filters by stage.

🧩 Your stages, not ours

The four base stages work for most businesses, but not all. That’s why you can create your own stages — “Following up”, “After-sales”, “Quote sent to management”, whatever your business needs. When you create one, you write in a single line when it applies, and the assistant takes that into account when classifying: if a customer said they’d confirm next week, they land in “Following up” all by themselves.

✋ The AI proposes, you decide

The classification is automatic, but it never takes control away from you:

  • Drag a lead to another column on the board and it gets pinned: automatic classification won’t move it again.
  • Changed your mind? One click on “Back to automatic” and the system takes the wheel again.
  • Each card tells you where its stage came from: a real signal (a sale, an appointment), the AI, or because you pinned it.
  • From any lead you can open its full conversation, without hunting for it.

📥 Export and connect

Your leads are yours, and you can take them wherever you want:

  • Export to CSV with one click — opens straight in Excel and Google Sheets, with name, contact, channel, stage, activity and amount purchased.
  • WhatsApp campaigns: export a specific stage — for example, “quoted but didn’t buy” — and reactivate it with a template from Marketing.
  • Sales pipeline: for manual opportunity management, the Sales section is still there; Leads complements it with the automatic snapshot.

🧠 And under the hood: a more efficient assistant

This release also brings a deep optimization of the AI engine: the assistant now reuses the context it has already processed instead of re-reading it in full with every message. Same behavior, same answer quality — but a far more efficient use of every message in your plan.

The Leads section is available from today on the Pro, Team and Max plans, between Integrations and Knowledge. If you don’t have an account yet, start free today.
