WITHMIA 5.6.3: WhatsApp in an instant, and a connection that looks after itself
Messages from WhatsApp connected by QR now arrive in seconds, every time. And the connection monitors and repairs itself around the clock: if something breaks, the system detects it, fixes it, or tells you right away.

WITHMIA
An assistant that answers well is worthless if the customer’s message never reaches it — or reaches it late. 5.6.3 is a release dedicated entirely to that: making sure every message arrives, and arrives instantly.
⚡ WhatsApp in an instant, always
We found that on WhatsApp connections paired by QR code, the first message after a stretch of inactivity could take up to two minutes to come through — the rest flowed normally, but that first one got held back by the way WhatsApp treats idle sessions. We traced the exact cause and eliminated it: now every message arrives in seconds, whether it’s the first of the morning or the hundredth of the day. The fix applies automatically to every account, existing and new.
🛡️ A connection that watches over itself and self-heals
The most dangerous problem with a WhatsApp connection isn’t when it drops — it’s when it looks connected but has quietly stopped delivering messages. The business never finds out, and every lost message can be a lost sale.
From today, WITHMIA monitors every connection around the clock:
- End-to-end verification: the system periodically checks that the full messaging circuit really works — not just that it claims to be connected. And with good aim: verification intensifies right after reconnecting or switching phones, exactly when the risk is highest.
- Automatic repair: if it detects a silent connection, it restarts it and checks again — in most cases the problem resolves itself within minutes, without anyone lifting a finger.
- Immediate alert when it needs you: if the automatic repair isn’t enough, you get a notification with the exact instruction (reconnect the QR code). No finding out days later.
If you ever see a system message in your WhatsApp that reads ”🔄 WITHMIA · Automatic connection check”, that’s exactly this at work — you can safely ignore it (it’s saved in your archived chat with yourself, out of the way).
🔧 And under the hood
We hardened the platform against infrastructure failures so an internal technical problem never turns into a broken screen again, and we fine-tuned response delivery to eliminate duplicate messages on freshly paired connections.
5.6.3 is already live for every account, on every plan. Reliability is not a premium feature.
