WITHMIA 5.6.1: an assistant that closes the loop — product photos, appointment reminders and conversations that don't trail off
The assistant now sends the real photos from your catalog through the chat, reminds people about appointments before they happen, picks up abandoned conversations (unpaid checkout included) and only books real time slots with genuine video-call links.

A good conversation isn’t enough: what matters is that it ends in something concrete. 5.6.1 brings five improvements so the assistant doesn’t just chat well, but closes the whole loop — the photo sent, the appointment that actually happens, the sale that actually gets paid.
📸 “Do you have a photo?” — Now the assistant sends it
When a customer asks to see a product, the assistant sends them the real image from your catalog, straight through WhatsApp, Instagram or the web chat. It doesn’t describe it: it shows it. And the photos you upload to your catalog now live in persistent storage, so they’re always there for the assistant. Available from the Pro plan up.
⏰ Appointment reminders: goodbye to “I forgot”
Booking the appointment is half the job; getting the person to show up is the other half. From today the assistant reminds people about every appointment in the same chat around 24 hours ahead — and if the appointment was booked at short notice, around 2 hours ahead as well — including the video-call link. Fewer no-shows, without you having to chase anyone. From the Pro plan up.
🔄 Conversations that don’t trail off
If a customer stops replying for more than an hour and the loop was left open, the assistant picks the conversation back up with a friendly message. And note: what counts as a “closed loop” depends on your business’s goal.
- If your business books appointments, the booked appointment closes the loop.
- If your business sells products, only a paid purchase closes it: a payment link left unpaid triggers a specific reminder about that pending payment. Yes — abandoned cart recovery, over chat.
From the Pro plan up.
📇 The customer record, always complete
The email address your customer provides when booking an appointment is now saved automatically to their contact record. No more details lost inside a conversation: next time you need it, it’s there. On every plan.
🛠️ And under the hood: more reliable scheduling
- The assistant only offers slots that are genuinely available within your business hours — and the system rejects any appointment outside those hours, just in case.
- It uses the calendar you mark as default, no guessing.
- It creates the real video-call link based on the calendar you connected: Google Calendar → Google Meet, Outlook → Microsoft Teams. It never makes links up.
- The name of whoever hosts the meetings is configurable per business.
5.6.1 is already live for every account. Product photos, reminders and conversation follow-up are available from the Pro plan; the complete contact record and the more reliable scheduling are for everyone.
