WITHMIA 3.2.9 — Invite your team with a link (and share it over WhatsApp)
We rebuilt Team Management: every invitation now generates a link you can copy or send over WhatsApp (no more depending on email), roles in plain language, Active/Pending statuses, search, and team management that is clearer and sturdier. For small businesses in Chile.
WITHMIA Team
WITHMIA
Your business isn’t just you: the Team section is where you bring your people in, organize them into teams and decide who does what. In 3.2.9 we made it clearer and, above all, genuinely functional.
Invitations that actually arrive
Before, inviting someone depended on an email reaching them. In practice, it often didn’t. We fixed it at the root:
- Every invitation generates a link you can copy with one click…
- …or send over WhatsApp straight from WITHMIA.
That way you make sure your invitee gets the access, through whichever channel you prefer. The link stays valid even if you resend it, and the invitee gets in by signing in with Google using that same email address.
Clear roles, in plain language
Members now show their translated role — Owner, Administrator, Agent — on a clear label, plus an Active or Pending status so you can see at a glance who’s already in and who’s still missing.
A tidier section
- Buttons with hierarchy: “Create Team” as the main action, “Invite” and “Manage” as secondary ones.
- Avatars with their own color per person (no more identical circles).
- Team search with a clear “no results” state and a button to clear it.
- Confirmations in WITHMIA’s own style (not the browser’s grey alerts) when removing someone.
- Responsive: it looks good on a phone too.
Sturdier under the hood
We hardened the section so actions on teams and members are safe and consistent: only the right people can create or modify teams and members, and everything stays correctly scoped to your company. You also see the real errors now if something fails, instead of it going quiet.
Why this matters
Putting your team together has to be simple and reliable. 3.2.9 turns inviting your people into a matter of one link — and makes the section feel as polished as the rest of WITHMIA.
With you, WITHMIA.
