WITHMIA 3.2.8 — Your calendar, now with a live time line and alerts

We overhauled the Calendar: a 'now' line that moves with the minutes (like Google), a professional week view with events at their real time and duration, alerts inside WITHMIA before each appointment, automatic reminders in Google/Outlook and time-zone fixes. For small businesses in Chile.

WITHMIA

WITHMIA’s Calendar is where you see and manage the appointments that you — and your bot — book. In 3.2.8 we took it to another level: more alive, clearer and, at last, with alerts.

A “now” line that moves on its own

Just like Google Calendar: the Week and Day views now have a line marking the current time that slides along with the minutes and shows exactly where in the day you are. When you open the calendar, it jumps straight to the current hour. It only appears when today is in view. A small detail that completely changes the “professional calendar” feel.

The week, as it should look

We rewrote the Week view (and Day):

  • Each appointment sits at its exact time, and its height reflects its real duration (a 90-minute appointment looks taller than a 15-minute one).
  • Overlapping appointments split into columns instead of covering each other.
  • Every event shows its time, its title and a color based on its source calendar (Google / Outlook).
  • All-day events go in a separate strip at the top.

Alerts before every appointment

There used to be no warning at all. Now WITHMIA alerts you inside the app before an appointment starts: a pop-up message, a sound and a desktop notification. You choose how far ahead (5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes). It works even if you’re browsing another month.

Reminders in Google/Outlook too

When you create an event from WITHMIA, you can have it carry a native reminder in your Google Calendar or Outlook, so the alert reaches you even with WITHMIA closed. Set it once and it stays.

All of this is adjusted in a new “Reminders” section inside the calendar settings.

Fixes you’ll notice

  • Time zone: evening appointments (22:00–23:59) no longer “jump” to the next day — everything is calculated in Chilean time.
  • First day of the week: the Week view now respects whether you chose Monday or Sunday.
  • Day view: it now loads events properly when you go straight into it.
  • More polish: confirmations in WITHMIA’s own style (not the browser’s grey alerts), an empty state when there are no events, time validation in the new-event form, and colors that follow your theme in dark mode too.

Why this matters

A calendar that looks alive and that warns you is the difference between arriving on time and missing an appointment. 3.2.8 makes your agenda — and your bot’s — feel professional and dependable.

With you, WITHMIA.
