WITHMIA 3.2.7 — Your knowledge base, now with a mind of its own

We rebuilt the Knowledge section for launch: see the health of your base at a glance, test live what your bot would answer (RAG), discover where it learns from, follow an activation path that ticks itself off, import your website while watching the pages load, and upload documents with a modern experience. For small businesses in Chile.

WITHMIA

The Knowledge section is where you teach WITHMIA everything about your business: you upload documents, import your website, and the assistant learns so it can answer on your behalf. For launch we redesigned it completely, from something pretty into something useful: you no longer just store knowledge, you see it, test it and improve it.

The health of your base, at a glance

The moment you walk in, a panel tells you how your bot is doing: a completeness indicator, how many chunks, documents and websites it has, which categories you’ve already covered (History, Products, General, Processes) and — most useful of all — what the next step is to improve. No guessing: you know exactly what your assistant is missing.

Test your bot before launching it

The star of the section: “Test your knowledge base”. Type a question the way a real customer would (“How long does shipping take?”, “Is there a warranty?”) and see what your bot would answer — with the chunks it would use, their source (Web, document, company) and a color-coded relevance level (green = solid, amber = doubtful, grey = weak).

Results open in a clean window where you can also:

  • See the full text of each chunk.
  • Edit it right there if the bot is answering something inaccurate.
  • Delete it if it’s redundant.

It’s the ideal confidence check: before switching the bot on, you verify it knows how to answer what people are really going to ask.

Where your bot learns from

A knowledge source chart shows you at a glance whether your bot learns in a balanced way (from your site, your documents, your company information) or leans too hard on a single source — with a nudge to add variety and answer better.

A path that ticks itself off

For newcomers, the Activation path is a step-by-step guide (import your site, upload your first document, tune the memory) that checks itself off based on what you’ve already loaded, with buttons that take you straight to each part. Zero blank screens: you always know what to do next.

Import your site and see what loaded

You paste your site’s URL and, below the field, the list of imported pages appears, with their status (processing / ready), how many chunks each generated and the option to delete. And we fixed an underlying problem: your bot now remembers every page you import, not just the last one.

Uploading documents, refreshed

The upload area gets a modern experience: categories as pills, a drop zone where you can drag files in or click anywhere, and a document list with type badges (PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD) and dates. Clean, fast, clear.

Manage the bot’s memory

The “WITHMIA Memory” panel lets you see and manage every stored chunk of knowledge: expand, edit or delete what the bot remembers. You’re in control of what it knows.

Why this matters

The better your bot “knows” your business, the better it sells and serves. 3.2.7 turns Knowledge into a transparent control center: you see what it knows, test it like a customer, spot the gaps and fix them in seconds. Exactly what you need to launch with confidence.

With you, WITHMIA.
