WITHMIA 3.2.6 — Your Sales section: more accurate, clearer, more professional
We polished the Sales section: prices in Chilean pesos with no decimals and proper thousands separators, metrics that make sense, charts that look right with little or lots of data, elegant confirmations instead of browser alerts, and a coherent visual identity across Overview, Pipeline, Leads and Quotes. For small businesses in Chile.
WITHMIA Team
WITHMIA
WITHMIA’s Sales section is your lightweight CRM: an Overview with your numbers, a Kanban-style Pipeline to move opportunities along, your Leads (contacts) and your Quotes with a real payment link. All of that already worked — in 3.2.6 we gave it a thorough pass so it’s accurate, clear and professional from end to end.
Chilean pesos, written the way we write them here
The most important change is also the easiest to spot: amounts no longer show decimals. The Chilean peso doesn’t use cents, so a price reads $1.000 and not $1000.00. On top of that:
- The correct thousands separator everywhere:
$150.000,$1.250.000. - The same amount looks the same in the list and in the detail view (before, a quote could read “$150K” in the list and “$150.000” inside).
- We fixed an underlying problem: some sums (pipeline value, total won, forecast) were miscalculated because of how the numbers arrived — now they actually add up and the totals are trustworthy.
Metrics that make sense
- Sales per day no longer shows things like “1.0”; it appears as a clean number, calculated over the real days in the period you’re viewing.
- The conversion rate is shown rounded (no long decimals).
- “Best day” no longer celebrates a “$0” when there’s no revenue yet: it shows a discreet dash until there’s data.
Charts that look right with little or lots of data
- In the “Year” period, the trend is now grouped by month (12 clear bars) instead of hundreds of one-pixel bars nobody can read, with subtle guide lines and the peak value marked.
- With only a few days of data, instead of an almost empty chart we tell you gracefully that you need more days to see a trend.
- The sources chart (where your sales come from) now groups into Top 5 + “Other” and keeps good contrast in light and dark mode, so no segment disappears.
Details that feel professional
- Elegant confirmations: deleting an opportunity, a lead or a quote no longer opens the browser’s grey alert — we use a confirmation dialog in WITHMIA’s style.
- Success notices when creating, editing or deleting in Pipeline and Quotes (only Leads had them before).
- In Quotes, generating the payment link switches the status to “sent” instantly, with no need to close and reopen.
- When something fails, we show you the real message from the server instead of a generic “error”.
One visual identity
- We unified the accent color across Overview, Pipeline, Leads and Quotes: it no longer “jumps” color when you switch tabs. Greens and reds stay only where they mean something (won / lost, revenue).
- On mobile, the indicator cards lay out better and the Kanban board shows a visual hint that you can swipe to see more columns.
- Action buttons with accessible labels, and row actions visible on touch too (not just on hover).
Why this matters
Selling is what keeps a small business alive, and to trust your numbers they have to look right and be right. 3.2.6 takes all the power Sales already had and turns it into a polished experience: prices written the Chilean way, honest metrics, readable charts and an interface coherent with the rest of WITHMIA.
With you, WITHMIA.
