WITHMIA 3.2.3 — Train your assistant and actually see what it learns

The heart of WITHMIA is your AI assistant. And the way to make it good is to train it: tell it what your business is like, your prices, your hours, your tone. The Training section already existed… but it had a quiet problem: you couldn’t tell whether it was learning. You’d type information, the bot would reply politely, and you’d be left wondering whether it had saved anything.

Today we fixed that at the root. Meet WITHMIA 3.2.3: training your assistant is now clear, visible and dependable.

Teach or Test: you decide

Before, the system guessed whether your message was information to learn or a question to test — and it sometimes got it wrong, silently discarding things you meant to teach it.

Now there’s a simple switch above the chat:

• Teach — whatever you write is saved as your bot’s knowledge (“We’re open Monday to Friday, 9 to 6”, “The PRO plan costs $24.990 CLP”, “If they ask about delivery, tell them that…”).
• Test — you chat the way a customer would, to see how it responds, without saving anything.

No ambiguity: you’re in charge.

Now you SEE what it learns

The change people appreciate most: every time you teach it something, the message shows a green “Learned” stamp (or “Updated” if it refined something it already knew). In Test mode, you’ll see “Test mode”. No more training blind — you know exactly what got saved.

And underneath, the most important part: it really is saved now. Before, part of the learning depended on a technical component that wasn’t always ready, so it could be lost. We rewrote it so that whatever you teach is persisted no matter what, even if your bot isn’t connected to WhatsApp yet. That’s the “aha” moment: you train it and it works, from day one.

Without losing your work

Uploading your company logo no longer reloads the whole page. Before, if you were editing your description or chatting with the bot and changed the logo, you lost everything. Now the logo updates instantly and your work stays intact.

On top of that, your company form now tells you what to fix if something’s wrong (for instance, just fill in the website and we’ll add the https://), instead of a generic error. And every action — saving, uploading a logo — confirms with an elegant notice, not those grey browser boxes.

Everything in your color

The whole section wears your theme: the test phone, the “typing…” dots, the highlight while you write, the glass-effect cards… everything follows your palette, just like the rest of WITHMIA. One coherent, polished piece.

Safer underneath

We also closed an important security detail: your bot’s configuration is now completely isolated to your company, with no chance of crossing over with another’s. Your business, your data, your bot.

Why this matters

An AI assistant is only worth what it knows about your business. Training it had to be as simple and dependable as having a conversation — and above all, you had to be able to see that it’s learning. 3.2.3 turns training from an act of faith into something concrete: you teach, you see “Learned”, and your bot gets better.
