WITHMIA 3.2.2 — Your conversation inbox, clear and covering every channel
We gave the Conversations section a thorough polish: every chat now shows which channel it came from (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Web Chat, Email), the counter reflects ALL your real conversations, unread messages stand out, and working any conversation — from any channel — simply works. For small businesses in Chile.

WITHMIA
Since version 2.0, WITHMIA has brought all your channels into a single inbox: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Web Chat and Email, on the same screen. It’s one of the things that saves you the most time. But that inbox — the heart of your day — had been left with details that made it feel less tidy than it deserves: numbers that didn’t add up, a chat where you couldn’t tell which channel someone was writing from, and a couple of corners where the color ignored your brand.
Today we’ve left it the way it should be. Meet WITHMIA 3.2.2: a Conversations section that’s clearer, more honest and more yours. No new features to learn — it’s your usual inbox, but at last properly done.
Now you know where each conversation comes from
The change you’ll appreciate most: each conversation now shows its source channel with a colored badge.
- 🟢 WhatsApp, 🟣 Instagram, 🔵 Messenger, 🟦 Web Chat, 🔴 Email… each with its own color, at a glance.
- The avatar carries a ring in the channel’s color: you recognize the origin even without reading the label.
- And when you open the chat, the channel appears next to the contact’s name (and in the details panel too). No more answering a formal email with a WhatsApp tone, or the other way round.
It looks like a detail, but it changes everything: you reply in the right tone, through the right channel, without thinking about it.
Numbers that finally add up
The sidebar counter used to show a number that didn’t match reality: it only counted part of them. It now reflects the real total of your conversations, across all your channels. If you have 29, it says 29.
And inside the inbox, the header is clearer: it tells you how many conversations you have in total and how many are loaded, without odd technicalities.
What matters stands out
We polished every card in the list so your eye goes straight to what counts:
- Conversations with unread messages stand out more: name in bold, sharper preview and the time highlighted in your color. Nothing pending gets lost anymore.
- Priority only appears when it genuinely matters (Urgent or High), instead of marking “Medium” on everything and cluttering the view.
- Labels are more compact and the filters (All / Mine / Unassigned) now use clean icons.
Less noise, more focus. The list reads in one go.
Messages that read the way they should
Messages now display their formatting, not the code behind it:
- Bold text appears genuinely bold — ideal for when your bot replies with, say, a list of plans or prices — instead of showing up with asterisks.
- Links come out clean and clickable: if a link arrives with a label (“See your appointment”, “Pay here”), that text is shown, not an unreadable string of URL. And long addresses are shortened gracefully.
Small change, big difference: conversations look tidy and professional, exactly as your customer reads them on the other side.
Everything in your color
WITHMIA lets you choose your platform’s palette, but a few rebellious corners of the chat were still painted a fixed blue: the timestamp inside your messages, an indicator here and there, the loading skeletons. In 3.2.2 all of that follows your theme. The inbox feels like a single piece, with your identity from end to end.
We also polished the Shared media panel (images, files and links from a conversation): some cards used to look washed out and low-contrast; now they follow your theme and read effortlessly, with each file type recognizable at a glance.
And above all: no conversation gets left behind
Here’s the most important fix, even though you can’t see it. Because WITHMIA brings several channels together, some actions (changing priority, status, labels, or even opening certain conversations) could fail for chats that didn’t come from your main channel. They’d return a “not found” error even though they were right there.
We fixed it at the root: now any conversation from any channel opens, replies, gets prioritized, labeled and managed without a hitch. Your omnichannel inbox works as genuinely omnichannel.
Along the way we tuned finer details: relative dates (“today”, “yesterday”) no longer freeze, search no longer shows stale results, and several buttons became more accessible.
Why this matters
The conversation inbox is where you spend your day. It doesn’t need fireworks: it needs to be clear, dependable and quick to read. You should know where each message comes from, the numbers shouldn’t lie to you, urgent things should stand out, and nothing should break, whatever the channel.
That’s 3.2.2: the same WITHMIA that answers, books, sells and charges for you, with the inbox that work deserves.
With you, WITHMIA.
