WITHMIA 3.2.1 — Sales stops being a number: it's now your full commercial department
Sales becomes its own section, with three native tools we built ourselves: an opportunity Pipeline you drag like a board, a Leads book you turn into deals with one click, and Quotes that generate a real payment link. Your own CRM inside WITHMIA, made for small businesses in Chile.
WITHMIA Team
WITHMIA
WITHMIA learned to sell your catalog (3.0) and to charge inside the chat (3.1). Then we gave you a dashboard your way (3.2): real, clear and yours. But something was missing. Your business was already generating sales… and those sales had no home. They lived as a couple of numbers on the dashboard, with nowhere to actually work your commercial side: who you’re selling to, where each deal stands, which quote you sent and who’s due a follow-up.
Today we give them that home. Meet WITHMIA 3.2.1: Sales stops being a number and becomes a full section, with its own place in the menu — just like Marketing or your channels — and, above all, with real tools to grow your business.
And here’s the important part: we built these tools ourselves, natively, inside WITHMIA. We’re not asking you to sign up for a separate CRM, connect another platform or pay another subscription. It’s your own commercial center, designed for a small Chilean business, living on the same screen where you already reply, book, sell and charge.
Four tabs, one commercial department
Go into Sales and you’ll now find four tabs, from the general to the specific:
- Overview — your usual commercial panel, but better: revenue, average ticket, conversion, trend, sales by channel and by product. Your business’s pulse.
- Pipeline — your opportunities on a board you drag.
- Leads — your book of contacts and prospects.
- Quotes — your proposals, which charge on their own.
Three of them are new. Let’s go one by one.
Pipeline: your deals on a board you drag
This is the jewel of the release. The opportunity Pipeline is a Kanban-style board with five columns tracking any sale’s journey:
Prospect → Contacted → Proposal → Won / Lost.
Each opportunity is a card with its title, the contact, the amount and the estimated close date. Moved a conversation forward? You drag the card to the next column and that’s it. When you drop it in Won or Lost, WITHMIA records the close date by itself. No forms, no spreadsheets: you move deals with your finger.
At the top you always see the two figures that really matter: how much you have in play (your active pipeline) and how much you’ve won. It’s an honest snapshot of your commercial month, at a glance.
Creating, editing or deleting an opportunity is one tap, and each stage shows you how many deals it holds and for how much money. At last you know, without thinking about it, where your sales are stuck and what’s left to close the month.
Leads: your commercial book, that becomes a deal with one click
Before someone buys from you, they’re a lead: an interested contact. The new Leads tab is your tidy, living commercial notebook.
You save each person with their name, company, email, phone and where they came from (WhatsApp, Instagram, the website, a referral). And you set a status depending on how the relationship is going: new, contacted, qualified, converted or discarded. You filter by status, search by name or phone, and at a glance you know who’s owed a follow-up.
But the best part is the bridge: when a lead warms up, you tap “Convert to opportunity” and that contact jumps straight into your Pipeline as a new deal, with their details already filled in. The whole funnel — from a stranger to a closed sale — lives inside WITHMIA, with nothing to copy and paste.
Quotes: proposals that collect on their own
The third tool closes the loop with Payments. The Quotes tab lets you put together a professional proposal in seconds: you add the line items (description, quantity, price), apply a discount or tax if you want, and WITHMIA calculates the subtotal and total instantly as you type. Each quote carries its number (COT-0001, COT-0002…), its contact and its validity date.
You move it through its statuses — draft, sent, accepted, rejected — so you never lose track of one. And here’s the magic: when the customer says yes, you tap “Generate payment link” and WITHMIA creates a real payment link with the gateway you already have connected (Flow, Webpay, Mercado Pago or Khipu). You copy it, you send it, and your customer pays.
Quoting and charging stop being two separate worlds: an accepted proposal becomes a payment with a single button.
Why this changes your business
A small business doesn’t lose sales just for lack of customers. It loses them to disorder: the prospect you never followed up, the quote left in a forgotten chat, the deal you were about to close that went cold. The tools to avoid that — CRMs — have always been expensive, complicated and built for large companies.
With 3.2.1, that power is yours and simple: your prospects, your opportunities and your quotes, organized, connected to each other and sitting right next to the conversation with your customer. Without signing up for anything else, without learning another platform.
The same WITHMIA that answers, books, sells and charges for you now also helps you manage and grow your commercial side the way a good salesperson would: with method, follow-up and order.
Your commercial department is waiting
Go into Sales and take a look: your usual overview, a board to move your deals along, a book of contacts that becomes a sale with one click, and quotes that collect on their own.
Your whole business — talking, booking, selling, charging and now managing your sales — on a single screen. Built by us, for you.
With you, WITHMIA.
