WITHMIA 3.1 — Now WITHMIA gets paid: checkout inside the chat, without your customer ever leaving the conversation
WITHMIA no longer just recommends and sends your customer off to your store: it now creates a real payment link, takes the money inside the chat and confirms the sale on its own. Connect Flow, Webpay, Mercado Pago or Khipu. For small businesses in Chile.

WITHMIA
Not long ago we told you that WITHMIA had learned to sell: with 3.0, your assistant knows your catalog, recommends products with price and stock, and sends the customer a link to buy. A big win. But there was one last stretch of the journey still left to luck: the customer said “I’ll take it”, got a link… and went off to your store to pay. Out there, outside the chat, plenty of sales went cold. And worse: you had no way of knowing whether they had actually paid, unless the customer sent you a screenshot — and anyone can fake one of those.
Today we close that gap. Meet WITHMIA 3.1, and the headline is blunt:
WITHMIA doesn’t just sell any more. Now it gets paid.
From this release on, when a customer wants to buy, the bot creates a real payment link and the customer pays right there, inside the conversation. When the payment goes through, the sale confirms itself and shows up in your dashboard as real revenue. Without you lifting a finger, without chasing receipts, without “let me check whether it came in”. The full circle — answer, recommend, sell, get paid — finally closes inside the chat.
If 3.0 was about “don’t lose a sale because you didn’t reply in time”, 3.1 is about “don’t lose a sale because you couldn’t take the money on the spot”.
From “here’s the link to my store” to “pay me right here”
Before, the link the bot sent took the customer to your site to finish the purchase. It worked, but every extra step is a door the customer can walk out of. Now it’s different: the bot creates a payment link with the exact amount the customer asked for, and when they open it they can pay by card or bank transfer in seconds.
The customer wanted 2 units? The link charges for 2. Was there a discount? The total already has it applied. Nobody has to do math, copy amounts or get it wrong. Click, pay, done.
Connect your favorite payment provider (four of them, starting with Chile)
Just like with the catalog, we’re not asking you to switch tools: you connect the gateway you already use (or the one you prefer) and WITHMIA charges through it. This release supports four:
- Flow — cards and bank transfers, a single connection covering several payment methods. The simplest way to start.
- Webpay / Transbank — the payment standard in Chile, the one your customers recognize instantly.
- Mercado Pago — cards, MercadoPago balance and installments.
- Khipu — simple bank transfers, with low fees.
You connect it in Integrations → Payments by pasting your credentials (they’re stored encrypted), and you choose whether to start in test mode so you can try it out without charging anyone for real. That’s it: the bot starts creating payment links through that gateway automatically. Haven’t connected one yet? No problem: the bot keeps sending your store link just like before. You decide when to switch on in-chat payments.
A checkout page with your brand, not a bare link
When the customer opens the link, they don’t land on a cold, generic screen. They’re met with a WITHMIA page showing a summary of their purchase: which product, how many, the price and the total to pay, all clear before any money changes hands. From there they move on to the gateway to complete the payment securely. And when they come back, a screen confirms that their payment went through, with the details of what they bought.
It’s the difference between “sure, I guess I’ll pay through this random link” and “I can see exactly what I’m paying for, under a brand I trust”. In a sale, that trust is money.
The bot confirms for real (and doesn’t fall for screenshots)
This is one of the things we cared most about getting right. When the customer pays, the gateway notifies WITHMIA directly — server to server — and we re-verify the actual payment before accepting it. The sale moves to “Completed” on its own, with the customer having to send nothing.
And what if the customer says “I already paid” or sends a screenshot? The bot doesn’t buy it. It goes and checks the real payment status with the gateway, and only then answers with the truth:
- If the payment is confirmed → “All set! We got your payment, thank you so much 🎉”.
- If it hasn’t shown up yet → “I don’t see your payment confirmed yet, it may take a moment”, and it does not treat the purchase as closed.
- If the payment failed → it tells you and offers to try again.
An image is not a receipt: the only source of truth is the gateway. That way nobody “pays” you with a doctored screenshot, and you sleep soundly.
Your real sales, in a single dashboard
Every payment the bot sets in motion is recorded, and when it’s actually paid it adds to your real numbers: revenue, completed sales, average order value and conversion rate (how many of the links the bot created ended in a purchase). At last you can see, on one screen, how much your chat is selling — not estimates, confirmed money.
Real cases: when the chat turns into a cash register
The motorcycle shop that gets paid at midnight. A customer asks about a quad bike on a Sunday at 11 p.m. The bot builds the payment link, the customer pays by card right there, and on Monday the owner opens WITHMIA to find the confirmed sale waiting. Zero phone calls, zero “I’ll transfer the money and send you the receipt”.
The homeware brand that stopped chasing transfers. Selling a single case used to mean sending bank details and then begging for a screenshot. Now the bot charges with Webpay inside the chat and the sale confirms itself. No more “can you send me the receipt?” a hundred times a day.
The business that wanted certainty. One customer kept sending screenshots of payments he “had already made”. With real verification, the bot checks against the gateway and only confirms when the money is genuinely there. Goodbye, fake receipts.
Frequently asked questions (no fine print)
Do I have to switch payment gateways? No. Connect the one you already use (Flow, Webpay, Mercado Pago or Khipu) and you’re done.
Does the money go through WITHMIA? No. The payment goes straight into your account with the gateway you connected. WITHMIA only creates the link and confirms the status.
Can I try it without charging for real? Yes. Connect in test mode (sandbox) and run the whole flow without moving real money.
What happens if I don’t connect any gateway? The bot keeps working exactly as in 3.0: it sends your store link. In-chat payments are optional, and you turn them on whenever you like.
Can a customer trick the bot with a fake screenshot? No. The bot verifies the actual payment against the gateway; an image doesn’t count as a receipt.
Does it work on all my channels? Yes: WhatsApp, your website chat, Instagram and Messenger. The same bot gets paid on all of them.
Are my credentials safe? Yes, they’re stored encrypted and you can disconnect the gateway whenever you want.
It’s time your chat got paid too
Your business already talks, books and sells on a single screen. From today, it also gets paid: the bot creates the payment link, the customer pays inside the conversation, and the sale confirms itself — with the certainty that the money really arrived. What used to end in “I’ll send you my details and you let me know” now ends in a paid sale.
Connect your payment provider in a couple of minutes and let WITHMIA answer, recommend, sell and get paid for you.
With you, WITHMIA.
