WITHMIA

Stop for a second and think about how many sales slip away over a single message. “How much is the red quad bike?”, “do you have it in medium?”, “do you still have the 24-piece set?”, “how do I buy it?”. Every one of those questions, today, depends on someone — you or your team — dropping whatever they’re doing, looking up the product, checking the price, checking stock and replying. And if the person wrote at eleven at night, or on a Sunday, or right when you were serving another customer, that sale goes cold. Someone who asks “how much is it?” asks because they want to buy now. Answer tomorrow and they’ve already bought somewhere else.

Not long ago we introduced WITHMIA 2.5, where your assistant learned to book appointments on its own. Today we’re taking the leap plenty of you were waiting for: this is WITHMIA 3.0, and the headline is crystal clear.

WITHMIA no longer just chats and books. Now it sells.

Until yesterday, WITHMIA answered questions, worked 24/7 and reserved time slots. But when a customer asked about a product — a price, a size, whether it was in stock — the bot had no way of knowing: that information lived in your store, in your spreadsheet, in your head. That’s over. From this version on, WITHMIA knows your entire catalogue: it searches your products, recommends them with price, stock and photo, and when the customer wants to buy, it sends the purchase link right there, without you lifting a finger. On WhatsApp, on your website chat, on Instagram and on Messenger. Your salesperson who never sleeps now also knows what you sell.

Think of it this way. Before, you had an assistant who answered the phone but, to sell anything, had to come find you: “boss, how much is the KAYO 150? Do we have any left?”. Now you have a salesperson who knows the catalogue by heart, who knows every price and every stock level as of today, who recommends what you actually have and who closes the sale by sending the link. The difference between replying “let me check and get back to you” and replying “one left, it’s $1.990.000, here’s where you buy it” — instantly, at any hour — is, literally, money.

Go through it section by section, because every one of them counts. But hold on to this idea: if 2.5 was about never losing a booked appointment, 3.0 is about never letting a sale slip away because nobody answered in time.

WITHMIA now knows your catalogue by heart

First and most important: your assistant genuinely knows your products. It doesn’t improvise, it doesn’t make things up, it doesn’t say “let me check”. When a customer asks, WITHMIA searches your real catalogue and answers with exact data.

A customer asks “do you have quad bikes?” WITHMIA shows the ones you carry, with their name, price, discount if there is one, and whether they’re available or sold out. They ask “how much is the KAYO 150?” It replies with the price straight away, and if it’s on offer, it highlights the saving (“was $2.290.000, now $1.990.000, 13% off”). They’re looking for something vaguer, like “I want a bike for a kid”? WITHMIA understands and suggests the options in your catalogue that fit.

And here’s the fine detail that separates a dumb search box from an actual salesperson: WITHMIA understands how people really write. The customer doesn’t need to type the exact product name. It searches by words, it doesn’t care about capitals, it understands singular and plural. If the customer types “24 piece sets”, WITHMIA finds the “Luxury 24-Piece Set” even though it isn’t spelled the same way. Nobody walks away empty-handed just because they didn’t guess the exact name.

Best of all: it never invents. If you don’t stock something, it says so honestly and offers alternatives from your catalogue. If it’s sold out, it tells them and doesn’t try to sell smoke. Your customer gets real information, every time.

Connect your store, wherever it lives

We know your catalogue already lives somewhere, and we’re not going to ask you to type it all in again. WITHMIA 3.0 connects to wherever your products already are, in five different ways so that no small business is left out:

  • WooCommerce — if your store is WordPress + WooCommerce, you connect it with a pair of keys and WITHMIA imports all your products (with stock, categories, discounts and images). And because it’s WooCommerce, the bot can send a link that adds the product straight to the cart.
  • Shopify — connect your store with a token and that’s it, your whole catalogue comes in.
  • MercadoLibre — imports your active listings so WITHMIA can recommend them.
  • Direct database — does your system keep products in a database? Connect it directly: we support MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server, and WITHMIA detects your columns on its own (name, price, stock, etc.).
  • REST API — the universal option: if your system can serve your products at a web address (a JSON), WITHMIA reads them from there. It works with any platform, however custom-built it may be.

And if your field names aren’t the usual ones? Also solved: there’s a field mapping where you tell WITHMIA “my valor column is the price, my glosa field is the name”, and the problem disappears. You can connect any source, however odd its naming, without touching code. For the more technical, we even provide a downloadable sample file so your developer knows exactly what to return.

The underlying idea is the same as always: you don’t change the way you work; WITHMIA adapts to it.

From “how much is it?” to “buy”, without leaving the chat

Showing the product is half the job. The other half is closing. When the customer says “I want to buy the KAYO A150”, WITHMIA doesn’t leave them on read or tell them to write somewhere else: it sends the product’s purchase link right there, in the same conversation. One click and they’re buying.

For WooCommerce stores, that link adds the product to the cart automatically. For everyone else, it’s the link to the product page on your site, where the customer completes the purchase. And if the product is sold out, WITHMIA doesn’t improvise: it says so honestly and offers to alert the team or suggest alternatives.

Every sale the bot sets in motion is recorded, so you have a trail of what’s moving through the chat.

What’s coming (a sneak peek): we’re building the Payments module, so that WITHMIA can generate a real payment link (Flow, Webpay, Mercado Pago, Khipu) and the customer can pay without leaving the chat. You’ll already see the “Payments” section peeking out among your integrations. For now, the bot closes by sending the customer to buy at your store; very soon, it will be able to collect too.

Real cases: when the chat becomes the till

The motorbike shop that sells at any hour. A distributor of KAYO quad bikes and go-karts gets messages around the clock: “do you have the 150 automatic?”, “how much is the manual?”, “any stock left?”. They connected their WooCommerce to WITHMIA and now the bot answers with the exact model, the price, the discount and whether it’s available — and sends the link to buy. The Sunday-midnight enquiry no longer waits for Monday.

The homeware brand with a huge catalogue. A cutlery-case brand has dozens of models (24, 48, 120 pieces…). Before, answering “what do you have in 24 pieces?” meant checking by hand. Today WITHMIA lists the five 24-piece models with their prices instantly, and when the customer picks one, it passes them the link. The owner stopped answering the same question a hundred times.

The business with its own system. A small company with its own inventory system uses neither WooCommerce nor Shopify. It doesn’t matter: they exposed their products through an API (or connected their database directly) and WITHMIA reads them all the same. No migration, no changing platforms.

Frequently asked questions (no small print)

Do I have to load my products by hand? No. You connect the source you already use (WooCommerce, Shopify, MercadoLibre, your database or an API) and WITHMIA imports them on its own.

And if I update prices or stock? You update them in your store as always and hit “Update products” in WITHMIA to re-import. The bot’s catalogue stays current.

Does the bot invent products or prices? Never. It only answers with what’s in your catalogue. If it can’t find something, it says so and offers alternatives.

Does it work on all my channels? Yes: WhatsApp, your website chat, Instagram and Messenger. Same catalogue, same bot, everywhere.

Can it take payment inside the chat? For now it sends the purchase link to your store. Payment inside the chat (with a gateway) is on the way as the Payments module.

Is it worth it if my store is small? That’s exactly who it’s for. The smaller your team, the more it shows to have a salesperson answering prices and stock 24/7 without ever getting tired.

Is it safe to connect my store? Yes. For WooCommerce/Shopify you use read-only keys; for a database, a connection you control. You can disconnect whenever you like (and when you do, the products from that source are cleared out).

It’s time your chat sold too

Your business already chats and books appointments on a single screen. From today, it also sells: WITHMIA knows your catalogue, answers prices and stock instantly, recommends what you have and sends the purchase link — at any hour, on any channel. The questions that used to go cold waiting for a reply now turn into sales.

Connect your store in a couple of minutes and let WITHMIA answer, recommend and sell for you.

With you, WITHMIA.
